Basic introduction of Machine learning techniques to understand the genomic data and analysis to biological sample.

Linux/Unix Programming to Analyse data

Basic to advanced linux/unix programming to start with genomic data analysis of large biological data.

Cloud computing methods of data analysis

To analyze whole genome, RNA-seq, exome and ChIP-sequencing data to analyze biology interpretation.
