Basic to advanced linux/unix programming to start with genomic data analysis of large biological data.

Cloud computing methods of data analysis

To analyze whole genome, RNA-seq, exome and ChIP-sequencing data to analyze biology interpretation.

Candidate must be bachelor degree in any of the science stream or post graduation in any of the science stream. B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/CS/IT), MBBS, MCA, BSc/MSc.
